4. Transport damage:
We only use Parcel Force, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, FedEx, and DHL top service transportation companies. Please check the package upon arrival. Please do not sign on the packaging. You are responsible for signing the delivery note yourself and inspecting the package before signing for any items. If damage to the packaging is found, please ask the delivery personnel to immediately file a claim for damage to the package. In addition, please provide your shipping damage case number, and we will help you get compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.
5. We sent the wrong item
1) The returned goods must be kept in the original state.
