2. You bought the wrong item:

4. Transport damage:
We only use Parcel Force, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, FedEx, and DHL top service transportation companies. Please check the package upon arrival. Please do not sign on the packaging. You are responsible for signing the delivery note yourself and inspecting the package before signing for any items. If damage to the packaging is found, please ask the delivery personnel to immediately file a claim for damage to the package. In addition, please provide your shipping damage case number, and we will help you get compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

5. We sent the wrong item
1) The returned goods must be kept in the original state.
2) The buyer must contact the sales representative within 7 days after the arrival of the goods
3) Once we receive the returned item, we will be responsible for returning you a full refund or sending you a new product.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be calculated according to the courier company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, therefore, consumers do not need to bear the freight. When returning the product, the consumer will not be charged for the purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy 

1. Order Cancellation Time Limit  Users can cancel their orders free of charge within 24 hours after the order is successfully placed (based on the order generation time). After this time limit, the order will enter the shipping process and cannot be canceled directly.
2.  Shipped order processing  If your order has been shipped within 24 hours, please contact customer service (Sales@maxpeedingrodsus.com) immediately to assist in intercepting the logistics. Successful interception: full refund of the original way back. Failed interception: need to refuse to accept the package or according to the return process (refer to Article 3).
3.  Special Instructions  Promotional/customized goods may not support the cancellation (the page will be clearly marked). Night/holiday orders: the shipping time limit may be postponed, and the cancellation time limit is extended synchronously.
